1. Fair Trade Program Manager- Develop, implement, and manage improvements to fishery and aquaculture fair trade certification- Develop social compliance monitoring and auditing schemes for seafood harvest and production- Design, fund raise, develop and manage small-scale aquaculture fair trade project including 324 farmers and their families- Implementation with farming cooperative, fishing communities, exporters' association, and seafood manufacturers- Enable audit processes and compliance requirements- Recruit, train, manage and support local team2. Blue Economy Project Manager- Design, develop and manage a restorative aquaculture project in Indonesian Borneo that involved creating a new business plan for certified seafood and carbon credit financing to improve livelihoods of small scale farmers- Fund raise over EUR 1.8 million for implementation- Coordinate with local NGOs, government leaders and liaise with international conservation organisations; IUCN, UNIDO- Presentations and discussions at high-level international conference3. Sustainable Seafood Consultant- Assess and evaluate value chains in small-scale fisheries in developing economies- Prepared technical documents- Focused on route to market strategies connecting end buyers with local processors and harvesting associations- Developed and implemented seafood traceability systems along with brand and product development.4. Supply Chain Management- Connect market actors with fishing communities to support development and deliver improvements- Develop products, design packaging, schedule production- Design and implement seafood traceability system- Raw material harvest and product production planning- Carbon footprint analysis and marketing
