- Recruitment (40%): * Post job ads and search, screen and scan CVs, schedule job interviews and interview candidates* Coordinate and team support hiring technical leaders* Manage group of Coordinators (>200) - Training and supporting new staff on board (20%): * Schedule and plan training course* Be a Trainer to give out technical training for new Coordinators- Compensation & Benefits (40%):* Participate & support in the development of the Company's policies and regulations* Draft offer letters and labor contracts* Monitor and follow with Team leaders and Director with employees’ performance* Prepare Payroll, Process Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax * Make reports about human resources issues
