- Be in charge of sourcing, and recruiting talents for Wealth Business, Fincon & Legal, Operations and Organizational Operations. Guarantee to maintain the quality of human resources to effectively and timely meet the recruitment need of each division- Build up and implement recruitment programs and talent attraction campaigns according to short term and long-term needs of assigned divisions- Possess professional insight, understand the actual needs, and give consultation on human resources development and retention to functional teams. Manage human resources map & human resources planning- Be the contact point to maintain and develop partnerships with recruitment channels, headhunting firms, etc.- Manage the entire candidate database and information- Take initiatives in implementing the program of candidate database digitalization. Effectively utilize tools, methods, and channels to explore new resources- Give instruction to operations team of each division to deploy human resources procedures. Work closely with HRM Department to acknowledge and feedback to questions/concerns about human resources procedures- Lead and act as main contact point to resolve any unexpected situations/ changes between departments during the implementation of new policies and regulations
