Provide fleet wide system training, quality assurance, and technical support for the Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL) program for the U.S. Coast Guard. Responsible for providing EAL training to all Coast Guard units. Act as a customer support representative for EAL, as well as providing quality assurance for data accuracy with entered asset and maintenance records. Resolve data discrepancies related to asset and maintenance records; each incident resolved is reviewed to determine the source and possible preventive measures. Provide testing for all EAL software upgrades, coordinating closely with programmers and managers.

Led the unit Enlisted Flight Examining Board (EFEB) to train, evaluate and review all employees on flight status; EFEB consisted of five instructors to train 80+ employees. Led the effort to train all unit employees during aircraft transition from previous model “H-65B” helicopter to re-engined and heavily updated “H-65C” model. Also trained several employees visiting from Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles. This effort allowed Los Angeles rescue services to more quickly stand up their updated H-65C fleet. Acted as sole Primary QA inspector during day shift for 5 assigned aircraft.
