Manager of Facilities & Engineering - DNC Boston - TD Garden- Direct and coordinate operational support for preventive maintenance, energy management, maintenance projects and repair, and capital projects to ensure safety, fiscal efficiency, minimal operational impact and maximization of guest experience. - Assist in the management of outside contractor personnel, making sure that the work performed is up to job specifications and DN-Boston standards Oversee the various trades persons assigned to TD Garden including Electricians, HVAC, Plumbing, and others as needed, focusing on safe work procedures, job quality, and proper training. - Take lead on regulatory site inspections and coordinate timely completion of correctives. Manage SDS inventory and catalog.- Monitor and administor our CMMS Event Management and Day to Day Facilities and Operations Work Order System and Inventory Control System (Department Purchase Order Tracking, Security Reports, Game/Event Expense and Incident Tracking, Lost & Found Tracking/Reporting, Visitor & Deliveries- Provide on-site event support. Ensure arena facilities presentable and in good working order prior to and throughout events. Monitor and Maintain Arena Conditions per league specifications or event/client requirements. - Coordinate broadcaster equipment deliveries and mobile unit site logistics to ensure synergy between broadcast client needs and TD Garden operations.- Serve as arena’s Green Path Coordinator. Coordinate with internal clients to meet environmental regulatory compliance. Work with Guest Experience and Marketing teams to promote these programs and engage fans and associates.

Assistant Manager of Facilities & Engineering for DNC Boston - TD Garden.- Monitor the implementation of building Preventive Maintenance programs. Direct site energy management to ensure we are being proactive in energy usage. Coordinate building maintenance projects and repairs. Assist in recommending and input for all capital construction and maintenance projects from design stage review, construction process follow-up through final project acceptance.- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of the operations budget and capital budget to ensure organizational compliance and the maximization of operational efficiencies.- Oversight and direction of capital projects at TD Garden and North Station Garage to ensure compliance with building specifications and capital expense budget- Organize and coordinate all local, state, and federal environmental permitting. - Manage and Administer the TD Garden Safety Training Program. • Monitor, Operate and Repair all shipboard service systems (i.e. Refrigeration/HVAC System, Sewage Processing Plant, Oil Purification Plant, Propulsion System, Desalinization Plant, Potable Water Supply & Heating System, Fire Protection & Lifesaving Systems).• Manage & Maintain 34,000 horsepower diesel-electric power plant• Perform Power Generation Plant FMEA testing as well as assist with audits conducted on vessel by client and internal audit teams.• Ensure rig equipment is in compliance with surveys and audits by US Coast Guard, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and BOEMRE.• Train and supervise all new marine engineers and motormen assigned to the vessel.• Coordinate Parts Inventory, Acquisition and Budget for upcoming major projects. Organize projects between multiple personnel and across different departments and platforms.• Created Excel micro-program which generates a parts inventory count aboard vessel. This program cross-references with the company’s CMMS program to track parts as they are requested, ordered and issued to a job. Program generates a total-end-cost for each job referenced. In cases where the parts are not aboard the vessel, The Program generates a fleet-wide list of vessels with needed parts readily available. This greatly minimized equipment down-time and reduced “over-ordering” parts which were already readily available within the fleet.
