This document provides guidance allowing applicable staff to perform and document environmental impact analyses required by NEPA.Provided as-needed NEPA compliance assistance to project managers at the project planning stages.Assisted with the development of ESOH policy documents to provide clear and concise direction to agency staff regarding ESOH issues.Conducted ESOH inspections of DTRA facilities located on Fort Belvoir and in the surrounding Northern Virginia area.Developed green purchasing self-guided training for procurement staff. Developed tools and guidance documents to help the Park Service meet the requirements of Executive Orders (EOs) 13514 and 13423 allowing the Service to understand the requirements and resources necessary to implement the EOs.Helped to the develop the NPS Solid Waste Management Handbook and the NPS Environmental Purchasing Handbook, resulting in improvements in the handling of solid waste and greening of procurement activities.
