Screening applications, sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates online and over the phone, conducting referral checks. Supporting hiring managers by serving as a go-between for them, candidates, and high-level clients. Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Lead and train other recruiters in matters of screening and interviewing of candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in posted locations, some technical skills and core competencies. Use of ATS and popular job boards. Screening and/or interview for a wide range of positions to include entry-level low and high volume, high-end technical, administrative, sales, leads/management, and time-sensitive positions, with a primary focus on geographical and A.I. mapping and technology.
