Project Manager for HNTB’s On-Call Planning Contract with the Houston Airport System (HAS). Trace manages a $12 million contract for various projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Trace developed strong relationships and positioned himself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at the airport. The on-call contract includes over 30 sub-consultants; HNTB is exceeding the minimum required City of Houston DBE goal of 30% contract value participation. •IAH Terminal Redevelopment Program (ITRP) Enabling Utilities Landside (EUL) Bridging Documents – Deputy Project Manager; Sub-Consultant coordination lead; Deliverable organization and layout lead. Stakeholder engagement and coordination lead (HAS). $1M FEE with 5 sub-consultants, delivered within budget and on-time (6 months); October 2016.•HOU Parking Garage Condition Assessment - Project Manager; Scope and Fee development lead; Sub-consultant coordination lead; Deliverable organization and layout lead. Stakeholder engagement and coordination meeting lead (HAS). $350k FEE with 6 sub-consultants. Delivered within budget and on-time (5 months); January 2016.•Inter-Terminal Train – Alternative Study – PDD - Project Manager; Scope and Fee development lead; Sub-consultant coordination lead; PDD organization and layout lead. Stakeholder engagement and coordination meeting lead (HAS). $850k FEE with 4 sub-consultants. Delivered within budget and on-time (6 months); July 2015.•Mickey LeLand International Terminal (MLIT) – Program Definition Manual (PDM) - Deputy Project Manager; Sub-consultant coordination lead; Assisted in PDM production, organization and layout. Stakeholder engagement and coordination meeting organization lead (HAS/Foreign Flag Carriers/TSA). $2.0 M FEE with 15 sub-consultants, delivered within budget and on-time (1 year); November 2014.
