Responsibilities:• Provided support to parents and students by receiving incoming calls, handling information requests and performing administrative functions such as customer correspondence, maintaining the database, conducting research, office and administrative duties. Program setup planning and updating location packets for leaders.• Assisted accountant as needed, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Data input for program expenses.• Worked proficiently with Google-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (database). • Event planning for team training. Worked with insurance providers and vendors on claims, vehicle maintenance, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:• Accounts Payable and Receivable for a retail, e-tail and manufacturing business. • Data entry, filing, daily sales reports, line of credit, UPS management, credit transaction documentation.• Communicating online, on the phone and in-person with vendors and employees solving problems related to accounts payable. • Proficient with QuickBooks desktop program (PC).

Created quarterly electronic newsletter for staff, investors and greater team. • Managed insurance policies for all ranches/businesses, claims, and project management.• Rendezvous planning (accommodation, catering, entertainment, travel arrangement –flights and cars) on remote ranches for employees, investors, community vendors, clients, and interested others.• International/national travel coordination for employees.At the beginning and end of my time with Grasslands, I also worked for Yellowstone Grassfed Beef (YGB) as a bookkeeper. Grasslands shared an office and an owner/COO with YGB. Ranches Grasslands, LLC managed included Grassbuckle (near Broadus, MT), Antelope Springs (near Cohagen, MT), Belle Fourche Land and Livestock (near Newell, SD), Hana Ranch (on Maui), Bluehead Land and Cattle Co (FL), Lees Valley, Grasslands NZ LLC (both in New Zealand, South Island).

Managed office and facility supplies.• Maintained the master list database and directory. Worked as a team with Minister, membership/setup/Sunday service coordinators and treasurer. Supported congregation as they transitioned through 3 ministers in 3 years.
