He also has experience with accounting fraud, class-action lawsuits, general business disputes including breach of contract claims, as well as securities and white-collar crime issues.Mr. Klein has extensive experience in financial and damage modeling related to reasonable royalty calculations, lost profits, and unjust enrichment as part of multiple intellectual property disputes. Mr. Klein has also been involved with multiple International Trade Commission 337 investigations, performing a variety of financial and economic analyses related to domestic industry, public interest, remedy, and bonding.Mr. Klein’s experience includes running all aspects of damage cases for multiple top clients in multiple industries.
