Department is a very fast pace and deals with high risk labor and high risk antepartum. 6,000 plus in deliveries for 2021. I am responsible for 145+ FTE’s, which include 12 RN supervisors over 3 areas (L&D, OB ED, and OB OR). Work to improve revenue cycle review and unit.

Manage and operate 2 units, Med/Surg Covid and Bariatrics Med/Surg. Also managed the inpatient Wound Care department that over saw patients on two campus covering 278 beds. I managed 90-100 FTEs, Supervisor and 6 Supervisors. Developed and lead the organization for a new process on Progression Rounds to help eliminate excess days. Worked on many project.
