Coordinate and prepare documents necessary to take a commercial loan request from the approval point to closing and follow-up for legal file exceptions. Generally involves communication with the account officer and outside service providers (insurance agents, title companies, recorder’s office, appraisers, etc.) and inside service providers (loan servicing, accounting, and retail, etc.), requesting or giving appropriate information that is pertinent to establishing the loan. • • Creating Commerial loan Documents.• • Prepare loan documentation for closing.• • Working with internal/external sources to gather information for creation of loan documents and follow-up issues.• • Sending documents for recording and paying invoices.• • Review loan packages for completeness and correct information• • Creating various reports using Excel and Access.• • Other duties as assigned
