Contract Assignment

• Responsible for filling all open corporate requisitions (exempt and non-exempt positions ranging from executive management level to hourly office support level).• Position is a combination of roles, so that projects and tasks are handled simultaneously and according to priority. • Requisitions are managed for staff of Engineers, Managers, Machine Operators, Inside/Outside sales people, warehouse workers, production staff, customer service teams, information technology, etc. • Responsible for full life-cycle of recruiting from working with managers on job requisitions, to handling job postings, reference checks, background check submissions through third party vendor, processing management with drug screening for appropriate positions.• Coordinate interview schedules with appropriate managers and handle pre and post interview communications. • Manage full-cycle of the recruiting process including sourcing, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing, negotiating salaries and closing candidates• Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs• Experience managing multiple open requisitions at one time• Utilize job fairs, university relationships, temporary agencies, search firms, social networks and internet tools to meet recruiting needs• Work with our VP & HR department to expand the University Relations program for future engineering and technical internships and job opportunities• Increased visibility into hiring statistics with documentation process flow and communication; allowing data to be tracked for management.

Cold calling was a personal strength as evidenced by the generating of more new leads than those supplied by the company. Company is now defunct.
