Executive Administrative Assistant
CurrentHandle a wide variety of administrative duties. Coordinate, organize and edit documentation for regular sales meetings, client review meetings, and monthly status reports. Provide administrative support, calendar management, scheduling and support for CEO of Dominion Capital Partners (DCP).• Prepare several weekly status reports regarding partnerships, client relations, and financial reporting; ensure timely delivery of corporate reports, property data and marketing materials.• Facilitate role as primary liaison between DCP and partners on current and future projects.• Perform a wide variety of accounting processes including payroll, expense & financial reporting, reconcile bank corporate accounts, and tax payments.• Build and maintain excellent client relationships across all levels of the organization.• Facilitate marketing initiatives; create and update company website; provide technical writing assistance in creation of corporate marketing materials, client reports, and partnership summary.
