Contract Management• Set-up and Maintain Contract Input sheets for MLS and Non-MLS Rental agreements• Identify and manage renewal of contractsContract Compliance• Produce monthly / quarterly / annual KPI reports • Actively manage slide number commitments and advise of any under spend • Continually monitor PM/Service downtime commitment status and advise of any penalties• Continually monitor delivery commitment status Finance• Quarterly reconciliations to calculate over/under spend• Ensure invoices / credits raised and logged accordingly• Monitor monthly invoices and adjust where necessary• Communicate with Prime Suppliers and Customers to ensure compliance of financial commitment• Regular pricing reviews for annual uplift on contracts• Provide Forecast figures on weekly / quarterly basis• Update calculator figures monthlySupport PS team and AM team to deliver Account Review meetings• produce and present account KPI reports and finance reports.

Cash Collection – manage the collection process through combined use of systems to reduce delays in customer payments Monthly reconciliations of collections not identifiedMonthly analysis of aging debtors reports prioritizing actions against the oldest and biggest amountsPrepare monthly files for cash collection call to highlight to UK management key collection concernsOversee credit control for Sweden/DenmarkCredit Risk Management – assess credit risk of potential customers & recommend credit limits Review credit risk of existing customers on a timely basis to ensure permanently updated

Receiving and logging customer queries by telephone or written correspondenceAllocating query code and area of responsibility for resolutionReporting weekly via Excel to Regional Sales Managers, Account Mangers and Section Managers on queries outstanding Monitoring and raising credit requisitionsResolving queries from log once credit notes raisedAgreeing query log and SAP on a daily basis
