Experienced arts, cultural and creative economy professional. My background is in the not for profit sector working initially on fundraising and business planning and then programme management, in the fields of cultural heritage and sustainability and moving into skills and business development. More recently my work has focused on research and evaluation to inform policy, strategy and programme planning for the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, working independently and as Associate of Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy and 509 Arts.Specialist areas include: Detailed creative and cultural sector mapping; evaluation of cultural and creative policies; analysis of programmes within the creative economy; development and review of arts services and education initiatives; cultural regeneration and planning; business and organisational performance review.
