Covid-19 Testing Center - Stansted
Welcoming customers to the centre, providing an understanding / overview of the testing process. Assisting in the booking process and registering customers whilst making thorough, detailed checks and taking payment. Provided a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey. I assisted in the delivery of daily briefs, analysing and reacting to data and reporting systems. All aspects of administration including issuing test results and reporting to the Central Control team. Reporting and escalating issues to the management team when necessary.
