Responsible for independently delivering full-cycle high volume corporate recruiting services to support line of business talent acquisition needs through extensive client interaction and timely execution of the key processes. Established recruiting routines to increase hires and exceed monthly targets. Partnered with hiring managers and line of business to determine recruiting needs and finalize requisition details. Source and Identify external and internal candidate pool using Taleo, LinkedIn, and various external sites. Effectively screen, assess, and interview candidates to generate qualified applicant pool. Manage and drive selection by working closely with key decision makers. Facilitate interview debrief sessions and negotiate and extend offers. Responsible for execution of on boarding process using consistent and effective communication with hiring manager and applicant.
