After establishing the C-Suite Financial division for the business, head-hunting qualified accountant and risk specialists for a range of global market leaders including AXA, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Arriva, Proctor & Gamble and Lloyds, I moved on to successfully manage executive-level global search engagements internationally across all functions including HR, Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Production & IT.Success achieved in developing the business, fostering client relationships globally and building a high-performing team resulted in promotion to Managing Director in 2005, and ultimately leading an MBO of the business in 2012.
