- Partner with the People Team to continuously optimize and implement solutions to drive employee adoption for Workday and other HR Systems- Configure changes and perform thorough testing in Workday based on business requirements- Maintain technical knowledge of Pendo’s various HR Systems including Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Zendesk, Culture Amp, DocuSign, Greenhouse- Partner with managers and other HR and Finance leads to provide support for various business requests- Design, build, test, and deploy new Workday modules and functionality including Advanced Compensation- Configure advanced reports and dashboards to provide monthly, semimonthly and weekly data to business leads including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations- Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training sessions- Partner with external vendors and internal partners on system-wide projects
