Responsible for all aspects of 43 clients multi-million dollar home maintenance, improvement projects and ground up light construction. Completed $60K-150k in improvement projects per month. Responsible for scope development, administration of safety protocols, responsible for re- viewing bids, Awarding jobs, scheduling all sub-contractors, presided over everyday site walks, overseeing projects from start to completion.

Managed all elements of more than 5 projects quarterly overseeing all construction activities. Including permitting/blueprints, procuring and reviewing bid proposals of sub-contractors, awarding jobs, all planning and scheduling for the projects, reporting daily logs to GC, assuring quality and conformance to building codes.

Estimated current and future value of properties/projects, estimated total cost to renovate projects, acquired projects, responsible for all aspects of SOW, procuring and reviewing bid proposals of sub-contractors, awarded and contracted with all sub-contractors, visited job sites daily ensuring work was to specifications and quality, ensured the projects were on time and on/under budget, saw projects through competition, managed several projects simultaneously. Projects would range from cosmetic flips to “down to the studs”/moving wall rehabs, and additions. Gained a lot of experience in permitting, communications with architects/engineers, and reading blueprints.
