AquaBrowser is a Web 2.0 Discovery product for libraries. It is also a web database application. My job is to take a library's or library consortium 's design specifications, indexing profiles and datasets and set up the Aquabrowser product from the back end indexes to the front end user interface. I support the product and respond to customer change requests through the RightNow tracking program and direct customer contact when appropriate.
