Manages a program for service and repair and inventory; including shipping & receiving. Prepares budget for operating units.Liaison between customer and technicians; assisted customers in troubleshooting issues with their phone equipment and carrier service; dispatched appropriate technicians; managed tickets until completion

Dispatch and troubleshoot service repairs for printers, personal computers and mainframes. Primary liaison for National Grid and several departments of New York State.
