This was a huge career milestone, due to the fact, my company was hauling 1.1 and 1.4 explosives.Also, my career as a Regional Safety Manager at UPT, resulted in being one of the safest and OSHA compliant terminals in the company. I was able to implement structure and consistency across the board to ensure that the company would be able to thrive. During this time, it was important for me to increase driver morale to create an environment that was not only safe, but based on respect and integrity.During my tenure with Red Stag, LLC, I assisted in building a foundation for a leasing department for contractors, created SDOT policies and SOP's, modified technology to enhance safety, DOT compliance, created company websites, managed social platforms for marketing, and supported the recruiting process.In conclusion, as an owner and part of the operation departments, I have had the blessing to work with many amazing teams that consisted up to over 200 employees. I have been involved in the oilfield, hazardous material, petroleum, and food-grade industries.
