I am a staffing professional with over 2 years experience assisting candidates find rewarding and fruitful employment, while helping clients meet their staffing needs and company goals.My goal is never to just identify the most recent role available that fits a candidate's background and skill set. I strive in each candidate and client interaction to ensure that the client has a new staff member that will provide the resources needed while enhancing their overall team expertise. As well, I strive to assure the candidate is in a personally rewarding role that will develop them and fulfill their career and individual goals. As I was growing up I thought I wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to be a part of a community that helped people grow and improve themselves. Being a part of the staffing industry has helped me realize that goal in a way I never thought of as a student.
