Led the department responsible for development and implementation of campaigns, events, programs and initiatives intended to build the brand and generate revenue for the region's only NBA franchise. Had oversight for external vendors and directed an in-house staff in production of 1,500+ deliverables annually for internal departments and team partners.Responsible for consistent brand delivery and message alignment across all communications platforms, including TV, radio, print, digital, PR, in-arena, fan and customer experience.

At the height of department activity, led a staff of service managers to fulfill marketing agreements and exceed expectations for nearly 200 corporate partners, generating record sponsorship revenue for the company. Led the department's retention efforts including hospitality, customer service and co-branding initiatives.Responsible for managing the team's private dining room for sponsors on game nights, as well as for planning and execution of all sponsor-related events, such as the team's annual Sponsor Appreciation Trip and it's yearly Fall Tip-off Party.

Responsible for all advertising, promotions and events for Disney-owned radio properties in Oregon, Nevada and Arizona, including multiple live remote broadcasts of a high-profile nationally-syndicated morning show, production of music concerts, major on-air giveaways, incentive trips for advertisers, and station presence at sponsored events such as the Waterfront Blues Festival.
