I provide hands on support to our Associates, Area/Operations Leaders, and HR Managers. My role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing best in class internal customer support, while driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

My position oversees and is responsible for process management, training and improvement within the Acquisitions team (to include Factory and Stock ordering, Upfit, Dealer Network, Status and Delivery teams). Provides leadership and support to Acquisitions Directors and Managers (peers), to fulfill the strategic goals of the Acquisitions team ultimately improving operational processes and client experiences.

In this role, I am responsible for partnering with business and customer stakeholders to execute new implementations of programs/services to new and existing customers, along with;• Manage customer requirements and provide solutions that meet/exceed expectations. • Troubleshoot and/or resolve issues to ensure timely execution. • Educate customers on products, services, and processes. • Proactively keep stakeholders informed. • Maintain appropriate process control mechanisms to ensure compliance with SOPs, business practices, contraction and/or regulatory requirements. • Identify cross functional process linkages and facilitate coordination and improvements.

• Responsible for full function HR Generalist activities for the employee client group. Drive and support M&A and integration activities to ensure a strong cultural alignment and build the HR function as a trusted advisor for management and employees.• Staffing & On-boarding - Develop/implement staffing plans for the client group and partner with the internal staffing organization to develop a candidate pipeline. Manage on boarding efforts and assist with staffing processes.• Organization Development Drive HR processes, annual HR reviews, organizational effectiveness and performance management.• Compensation Planning - Partner with management and the Compensation team to define salary and bonus planning for the employee client group.• Act as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies, guidelines and procedures. Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching.• Training - Work with Training Manager to assess, develop and deliver training programs as needed.• Develop, implement and measure programmatic initiatives to meet organization goals and objectives. • Assist with employee survey processes including communications, employee participation, data analysis & action planning.

• Responsible for leading a team of Customer Service associates to meet and ensure business deliverables are met.• Provide superior customer service by focusing on your team and their individual customer needs. • Drive service quality, productivity, and meet or exceed results across group. • Monitor and evaluate performance of the team, rewarding behaviors and/or performance when appropriate as well as addressing performance and behavioral issues as they arise. • Responsible for developing team members through coaching, team building and providing hands on assistance to team members while serving as an escalation point for the operation’s customer issues and complaints. • Assist with interviewing and selection of team members and serve as a role model/mentor to your team and others. • Work closely with teams to ensure related processes operate efficiently and effectively implement improvements when necessary. • Responsible to cause change, identify process improvements and follow through with implementation when appropriate.
