The corporate training programs are designed for dealers, installers, and fabricators. Subjects included business building, account management, sales, product training, HD marketing programs, and advertising on all products across HD North America. Through cross-functional teams, I built strong relationships with external customers and internal brand groups. I managed a variety of mediums to deliver training: ILT, Webinars (webcasts and web conferences), online learning modules, video, PPT, print material, etc. The scope of these projects would include development of content as well as interactive exercises, workbooks, handouts, video support, and more. I take pride in the relationships I built with the IT department (MIS, IT, Vendors). The training department relied heavily on IT to build, enhance, and support our technology. This partnership allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the infrastructure and construct elements within CRM databases (ONYX, Salesforce) necessary to track and analyze the value proposition for each program. I developed and managed an award winning Installation Program comprised of 15,000 installers that is unlike anything else in the industry. Early in my career I traveled extensively with the Certified Installer Training Program across North America for seven years and managed the meeting planning, on-site coordination, customer service, transportation logistics and presentation delivery. Once travel was no longer an option, I researched, developed and implemented the Webcast initiative. This program provided a cost savings of over 60% when compared to face to face training. Show less
