I have been lecturing and training Flag Officers and other Department of Defense Senior Leadership through the Navy Executive Learning Office. I work with all service personnel to ensure they maximize their physical readiness tests while keeping in mind their specific physical restrictions, I have ensured success for every participant in the areas of health, fitness, and self-confidence.
