Evaluate and process applications for public services such as Medicaid, SNAP, and Medicare Savings. Conduct interviews with clients, explains services and expectations of the programs, monitors compliance, conducts background searches pertinent to the programs, manages caseload, provides referrals for services.

I worked for the Capital Development Board in two different roles, at two different times. The first position was from 05/2007-05/2010, with the Central Files division, specializing in archiving documents. I was part of a small unit that scanned and uploaded government documentation, including; construction and architectural contracts, procurement orders, project bids, and personnel files, for the purpose of storage and retrieval. Adhered to state policies of retention and expungment procedures and timelines. My second position for the Capital Development Board started 03/2012-09/2014, in the role of Contracts Liason, in the Contracts division. In this role, I ensured that construction companies and architectural firms, who were awarded bids for state construction projects, met prescribed state requirements for insurance, bonding, disclosures, and certifications; such as IL Board of Elections and Substance Abuse Prevention Plans.

Researched complex and specialized accounting for the enforcement of child support cases. In a hotline setting, received hundreds of phone calls daily regarding child support cases. Made referrals to county offices for service of income withholding orders, payment details, lines, drivers license suspensions, etc. Reviewed and analyzed accounts through comparison of multiple databases, including; Healthcare and Family Services system: KIDS, agency document library, State Disbursement Unit payment records, and Clerk of the Courts ledgers to ensure accurate payment records. Maintains confidential information regarding client accounts.
