My professional profile has matured through my 13 year career in the transportation industry where dependability, team work, and problem resolution were required on a daily basis. After building experience that allowed me to reach multiple levels of upper management, I soon became burnt out and started to crave major change and embarked on a search for more. I then found a community of people that shared in my mission for change, had a desire to help others, and above all encouraged positivity and confidence. It's been a tad over 3 years (July 2019) and I would have never imagined that even through the hard days, the immense amount of happiness and blessing I have in my life is unreal. I've learned that the path to the destination we desire might look a lot different in the realness of daily life than it did when we conjured it up in our mind but to see it we have to be willing to consider change. Change in ourselves and change in our environments!I'm so thankful for a company that turned out to be an agent for major change in my life.
