I am a PhD Candidate in the School for Global Inclusion & Social Development at the University of Massachusetts Boston. In my research, I use Applied Theatre and Participatory Action Research methods to explore the experiences and resistance strategies of Black Women in gentrifying neighborhoods. My passion for social justice, human rights, and community empowerment informs my research.
