Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and tracking of the credit union’s digital marketing initiatives by creating innovative and effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including website (www.717cu.com), email, online and mobile banking, social media sites, third-party web sites and digital advertising. Ensures that all digital marketing assets support the brand, digital strategy and organizational objectives to achieve acquisition, growth and retention.

Worked directly with the Marketing Department in the development, design, planning, implementation and evaluation of Home Savings’ (www.homesavings.com) and United Community Financial Corporation’s (www.ucfconline.com) websites, Home Savings’ intranet site and various digital marketing efforts, such as SEO, social media, email marketing and digital advertising.

Assisted in the management, coordination and organization of the company’s public relations efforts to help increase company recognition, profits, customer base and awareness of community support. Public relations efforts included: corporate event sponsorships, program advertisements, tradeshows, monetary and giveaway sponsorships and customer-oriented specialty items. Coordinated all aspects of branch promotions and directory advertising. Worked directly with an Internet Service Provider and bank departments in the development and maintenance of the website. Assisted Advertising Director in the development of print (newspaper, brochures and flyers), radio and television advertisements as needed.
