Tracy Brown is a qualified coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at the Senior Practitioner level. In addition, she is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher with 200 hours of training. As a coach, Tracy specializes in helping clients enhance their overall well-being through deep exploration of mindset and unconscious motivators, using a blend of somatic and emotional awareness, mindfulness, reflection, and intentionality. Tracy is committed to living life fully, even when it terrifies her. She has done a lot of self-directed work to process her feelings of grief, shame, and guilt around her husband's suicide and to overcome her avoidance behaviors, including workaholism. Tracy's career journey has been varied and challenging, but ultimately fulfilling. She has pivoted careers multiple times and co-founded a business in a foreign country. However, she always felt like there was something more she was searching for – work-life balance, true connection, and purpose. Tracy found her calling as a coach after completing a 125-hour Coach to Lead program with Coacharya led by Ram Ramanathan. In addition to coaching, she is a coach educator and mentor. She has also developed several personal and leadership development programs, both direct-to-consumer and for corporates. Her dharma is to coach others deepen their lives and develop self-acceptance and personal leadership. Tracy is passionate about yoga, nature, and podcasts on ancient philosophy and self-exploration. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures, such as long walks with her dog and discovering new trails. She divides her time between Toronto, Vancouver, and Playa Maderas Nicaragua and thrives when she feels connected to people and nature.
