Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate and multifamily developers, bankers, existing referral, and eco-partners within the state that result in transactions totaling individual loan sizes from $5M-$25M.•Serve as primary lender and relationship manager for $30MM specialized loan fund with a focus on high impact commercial real estate projects in the Memphis Medical District.•Perform due diligence, site inspections, appraisal review, financial statement and pro-forma credit analysis, and credit evaluations of potential borrowers.
