Hi, I specialise in career and transitions coaching, I run Waveform Consulting to assist people to be the best they can be and live a creative and fulfilled life. We offer resources and online programs / 1:1 & group coaching for building resilience, wellbeing and thriving in your career and life.I have over 20 years’ HR experience and have been consulting and offering career and transitions coaching for the last 8+ years, with clients in businesses across many industries and sectors including hospitality, retail, health, state government departments, water, law enforcement, engineering, construction, property development, social services/community development, education sector, IT/technology, telecom, transport, financial services & banking, insurance, small business and Not-For-Profit/charities. I am also a passionate heart patient advocate, previously as a Director of a heart charity where I managed cardiac patient support services and groups. Currently as host of an online community for SCA survivors and their families.My qualifications include coaching & organisational psychology/HR (BSocSc, BA (Hons) and Masters of Management- HRM) in both South Africa and Australia. I enjoy daily walks with my dogs and practice yoga, meditation and reiki.My memoir ‘Calm Through Chaos’: How to build resilience and thrive in life, was published at the end of 2019 and is about my emotional and spiritual recovery after SCA in 2010.
