With 38 years experience in Financial Services, including 23 in Asset Management, I have accumulated substantial executive experience in roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. My professional background is firmly grounded in operations, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on Governance and Risk management. Over the course of 8 years, I served as an Executive Board Director and assumed the Chair position for both a Holding Company and the Executive Committee of the operating company.I serve as a Trustee at Age UK Wandsworth, a local charity providing support and services to older and disabled individuals, and Richmond Borough Mind, a local charity providing information, advice and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues, as well as their carers. Currently, I am taking some time off between roles to recharge and concentrate on exploring opportunities for my next career move. I am particularly interested in Non-Executive positions, where I can apply my extensive expertise to contribute to strategic decision-making and governance.
