Leader employees turn to onsite to respond to questions.  Oversee daily flight operation to meet Company performance goals Actively participate as part of the Operations team in assisting Customers and performing day-to-day Crewmember functions Resolve customer service complaints and issues Oversee all administrative duties for JetBlue’s business in Ft. Myers, FL (accounts payable, financial transactions) Coordinate and support all local IT and office equipment support Represent and respond to all Ft. Myers Community Relations events and inquiries Coordinate activities of customer reservations and ticketing, customer service, ramp and cargo services, provisioning and dispatching of aircraft to ensure the operation meets Company and government policies and regulations Evaluate training and performance records of Crewmembers to determine and formulate training designed to increase employee efficiency Project Management  Oversee payroll and optimal scheduling of all team members.  Lead and guide Supervisors in Human Resource issues (Leaves of Absence, On the Job Injuries, FMLA, Benefits, Progressive Guidance, Coaching and Mentoring) Directly involved with interviewing all employment candidates and making hiring decisions utilizing Targeted Selection Liaison with the Airport Authorities, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, other Airline Managers and Business Manager’s for airport tenants Liaison with off- site business partners Conduct Performance Management for salaried crewmembers
