This is reflected in her spot bonus award (which was a result of her helping out the planning team - this is typical of Tracy's approach and attitude)."] Current Profile: Secretarial and administration support for two Partners and three solicitors in the firm's busy Built Environment Construction Team in Oxford. With my 25 years experience comes excellent verbal and written communication skills and first-class people skills. Along with all the usual PA skills you would expect I manage and co-ordinate my construction team (22 colleagues) to work seamlessly across our four offices in Oxford, London, Southampton and Cardiff. Additionally, in 2016, I was nominated by Blake Morgan for an Outstanding Individual Award in 2016. Since March 2015 I have also taken on an additional support role for the IT Team as a Coaching and Support Specialist, helping with IT issues in our Oxford office and the induction of new staff.

My role as an IT Assistant was to support 140 colleagues with their day to day hardware and software IT related queries, provide IT induction training for new staff and software training for existing colleagues. Responsible for building and installing desktop systems and help with ongoing maintenance/development of case management systems.

Secretarial and administration support in the Dispute Resolution department. Audio typing, document production using case management system, filing including emails and paperless, billing, credit control, organizing meetings, business trips and events. Using online search systems and forms packages. Dealing with clients on the telephone, answering queries and maintain client confidentiality, due diligence and money laundering procedures.

Secretarial and administration support for Real Estate team. All aspects of document production in connection with conveyancing and leasing of property. Company and land searches, contract production, seeing clients. Including staff induction to the Real Estate department, first aider and fire marshall.
