Provide technical support to TEMA for Body Weld Unit Pilot/PE. Currently manage 4 team members who are responsible for new model process set up. Recently returned from dispatch assignment for new model prototype build (Mainbody Team Leader). Project lead in the floor layout design and confirmation of new processes, machine buy off and confirmation from vendors (in Japan), process time studies, process design, process set up, standard work development, and process training. Project lead in quality confirmation of all Unit parts being produced, including dimensional accuracy. Technical advisor in machine and part design reviews to investigate and resolve part, ergonomic, and machine problems that may occur during a new model launch. Project lead in theService Parts launch of Venza, Camry, Avalon, Matrix and Tacoma models. Design and develop paint jigs used to paint the parts, information boards used to track quality and quantity of parts, and paint quality confirmation of all parts. Manage the transfer of the previous model parts to Toyotomi America from TMMK. Key Accomplishments: Latest Camry launch was the most successful in TMMK history. All Unit Group deadlines and production goals were met ahead of schedule and all budget requirements were met. The unforeseen Matrix and Tacoma Fuel Tank Line moves and production launches were accomplished within an aggressive and compressed time frame on time and on budget while simultaneously preparing the floor for the new Camry.

Provided technical and managerial support for Body Operations Service Parts Production. Managed seven team members who were responsible for the efficient production, conveyance, quality, and painting of Service Parts for TMMK. Responsibilites included: auditing of Service Parts Quality Control including any ECI, RPCI, and specification sheet updates, ensuring "First in, first out" production and shipping of the Service Parts, monitoring the paint quality through the ED paint system, working with Bodyweld Production and PC to ensure the proper hijenka, just in time, and on time delvery of the parts to our customer, TMS. Served on the Safety Task Force for Bodyweld 3 as well as Secretary for our group Quality Circle.

Managed ten team members in the area of the production of fuel tanks, service parts, an the monitoring of the ED paint system. During this time I completed Group Leader training, Situational Leadership training, Worksite Communications, Resistance welding, Problem Solving, and Job Instruction training. I also completed computer classes in Excel, Access, and Project Management software.

Marketed, promoted and managed the conceptualizing, writing, shooting and editing of corporate, commercial and documentary productions. I was recognized for excellence in Corporate Marketing and Communications by winning 2 "Addy Awards", 2 "Tele Awards", and 3 "ITVA Awards".

1990 My responsibilities included the production of corporate image, training, and safety video productions and to provide still photos for coporate brochures.
