When I became a Mum, I wondered how on earth I was going to continue in my much-loved career, AND be the parent I wanted to be. I was that person trying to work like I didn't have kids, and parent like I didn't have work. As a result, I felt like I was doing a rubbish job at everything. So I decided to do something about it.
