With 25 plus years of experience in the education field, I have a diverse background working in various teaching roles and supporting students with different needs. My career has included teaching middle school general music, 5th-grade band, high school vocational prep, and elementary resource room classes. Additionally, I have been actively involved in supporting Special Olympics initiatives, fostering inclusivity and promoting the well-being of all students.Currently, I serve as a Special Education Instructional Coach, where I leverage my skills in behavior management, instructional coaching, writing, data analysis, and collaboration to support teachers in enhancing their instructional practices and meeting the needs of students with diverse learning requirements.
