I am helping to create and develop procedures for the Fleet Department, overseeing the coordination and scheduling of equipment and truck transport. Initialize PM services for equipment and schedule service with vendors. Ensure all invoices are accurately recorded in the cost ledger of the equipment and vehicle workorders to provide comprehensive equipment cost history.• Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Fleet Department such as equipment utilization, telematics reports, and equipment cost history using various HCSS Software.
