About Tracy Kalter
In my current position on the content team at Skillpath, my main responsibility is grading and providing constructive feedback to business students. Additionally, I edit and revise assignment instructions and other course resources. While these may be listed as separate responsibilities on a résumé, I take pride in analyzing student work and applying that insight to assignment revisions. Starting in the publishing industry as a proofreader following college was a realized dream that soon gave way to relocating from the East Coast to the Midwest and being a stay-at-home mom. My love of words was still an anchor that brought me to rejoining the workforce at my local library while working on my master's degree. I now have nine years of experience teaching online English courses where I've taught writing skills, and most importantly, rewriting skills. In my spare time, I write (and rewrite) short screenplays, walk my dogs, alternate between reading the classics and fantasy novels, and obsessively rearrange my bookshelves.
