Providing support to retail clients and admin assistance to other departments within the Company, ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts to achieve company income targets in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Responsible for the management of work allocation, and productivity for a team of 25 staff alsoensure that everybody within the team has: accuracy of Data Input, accuracy of documentation, complaint handling, maintenance of diary, and promptness in dealing with correspondence also promptness in returning telephone calls.Other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Managing Director.
