I handle email correspondence for over 500 clients and over 20 collectors daily not including the sales staff and data entry departments. I answer phones to assist clients with everything from questions on their invoice to accounts worked to payment posting and so forth. I use multiple Excel spreadsheets to transmit data to clients and receive answers back to process as well. I create templates to make the transmission of data easier for both clients and collection staff. I handle any and all client issues that come my way and get them handled efficiently.

I assist in branches where there is a missing person. I train new hires with policies and procedures. I assist managers in running branch and assist customers with their needs.
