Provided direct feedback to CO's on safety climate and compliance in relation to the Airfield, Fuels, Crash, Salvage, BASH, Emergency Arresting Gear, Air Terminal and Air Traffic Control.- As DoN BASH Program Manager, routinely worked with Air Field Managers, USDA/APHIS (US Dept. of Agriculture/Animal Plant Health Protection Service) representatives, CNIC (Commander Installations Command) and the Smithson Institute on BASH identification and mitigation. Screened all USN/USMC world-wide BASH Reports.
- Responsible for the management, operation and accounting of a 3.5 million gallon underway facility to include preventative and corrective maintenance. - Supervised 90 personnel in daily operations and special evolutions involving the fuel system to include bulk receipt and off-load. At the time of this assignment, this was the oldest operational CVN facility.
- Managed training, qualification and assignment of 24 officers in shipboard anti-terrorism duties to include foreign port visits.

- Responsible for the training and administration of 80 personnel in the operation, maintenance, and fire fighting operations of the Hangar Deck. - Coordinated with multiple organizations in the planning and execution of foreign dignitary visits.
