Agility director of training. Implement and oversee all agility activities. Instruct all levels of dog agility. Design all course and skill sets for each class. Problem solve and trouble shoot individual dog and handler needs. Educate students on general health and wellness of dogs and pets. Guide through various behavioral issues. Teach techniques for behavior shaping. Prepare students for entering nationally sanctioned shows and trials. Also reside on the Board of Directors.

Service established accounts in vacated areas across the country as well as internationally. Manage leads from the internet, referrals and trade review magazines. Educate customers technically on products, proper usage and safety compliances. Assist outside sales representatives technically on products and customer account information. Prepare product plan proposals and quotes. Troubleshoot concerns on product quality, prices, payments or deliveries. Meet and strategize with department members on marketing plans and customer promotions

Sole responsibility for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day store operations. Primary responsibilities included: Ensure proper care, housing, nutrition, training and maintenance be provided to all livestock. Livestock included: exotic parrots, exotic small birds, cats, ferrets, rodents, reptiles, snakes, amphibians, fresh and saltwater fish as well as other exotic creatures (domestic and wild). Hand-raised and reared many species of exotic parrots and small birds. Provide continuous staff education on livestock care, customer service and store functions. Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, motivate and supervise 15+ employees. Implement innovative plans for efficient store functions. Oversee the implementation of plans at various locations; managed at all locations to troubleshoot and reorganize store and staff. Monitor inventory control, ordering and in-store merchandising. Maintain cost and quality control. Create and develop store displays to market key products or livestock. Create price marketing strategies for various products, livestock, sales and special promotions. Maintain payroll, accounts payable/receivable records and other operational paperwork
