Payroll Manager
Current•Oversee the payroll function: responsible for managing the payroll function and ensuring that payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner for all employees. •Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations. •Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures.•Manage the payroll line of the budget, ensuring that the company is reporting accurately at the department and business unit level. •Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other reports.•Serve as the subject matter expert on payroll.•Work closely with HR, Accounting and Finance to ensure reporting is accurate.•Act as the primary point of contact for employees for questions regarding payroll questions and concerns.•Develop and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and tax authorities.•Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes and systems.
