Advanced Coherent Technologies, LLC (ACT) was established in San Diego, California to provide support to government and commercial agencies working in technologies relating to remote sensing. ACT has years of experience working with multi- and hyper-spectral imaging as well as multi-polarization (Stokes Vector) founded the idea that smaller, less expensive and more capable systems could be developed.
